What does Ply add to my store?
Four theme app blocks: Frequently bought together and Complete the kit on product pages, You may also like for browsing, and Cart picks in the cart. You place them in the theme editor like any other block.
Why does every pick show a reason?
Shoppers trust a suggestion more when they can see why it is there, like "Often bought with the Ridge Shell Jacket". Ply builds picks from your own orders and catalog, so each one comes with a plain reason, not AI guesswork.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
On Free, Growth and Scale, nothing switches off and nothing is charged automatically. Your blocks keep running and Ply asks you to move up a plan. Only Plus bills past its included orders, at $40 per extra 1,000, with a monthly cap you approve up front. Orders are counted over the last 30 days.
Do I need to code anything?
No. Install Ply, open your theme editor, and add the blocks where you want them.
What data does Ply use?
Your store's products and orders, to work out which items go together. See the privacy policy for the details.
